AS sealers can be used to make bags from polyethylene tubular rolls in any length, with a maximum widht of 60 or 100 cm according to model (roll holders on request).

The impulse seal is 3 mm wide. Sealing and cooling time are regulated by timer and indicated by a lamp.
Just pull the film for the required length and lower the pedal to start the sealing cycle. At the end of the pre-set cycle the jaws will re-open automatically.

While the unit is sealing you can slide the cutter along the sealing arm thus separating the bag.

When the bag has been filled with your product you can seal it by means of the same sealer, cutting off any exceeding part by means of the sliding knife.
