> MAGA sealer

MAGA can seal any plastic bag up to cm 60 width. A sliding knife allows to cut off the exceeding part of the bag at 5 mm distance from the sealing line. Bags are conveniently placed on the movable shelf that keeps them in an upright position.
MAGA seal by impulse. Both the sealing time and the cooling time can be regulated on separate timers according to need.  Seal is 3 mm wide.
The sealing cycle is started by pressing the pedal; the sealing jaws are locked by a magnet and re-open automatically at the end of the cycle. The operator is thus free to prepare the next bag.
MAGA can be placed next to a filling/dosing unit in order to obtain a smooth packaging operation.

> VTB heavy duty sealer

Very powerful vertical sealer with sealing resistance on both jaws. A supporting table holds the bag during the sealing cycle, that is started by a pushbutton and is fully automatic.
Sealing time and cool-off time can be adjusted according to needs. Jaws are released by pedal in order to take out the sealed bag and insert the next one. During the sealing cycle the operator is free to prepare the next bag.

VTB is suitable for sealing any plastic bag weighing up to 10-15 kg, containing any type of product, up to cm 60 width. The distance of the supporting table from the sealing jaws can be adjusted up to cm 60. Two or more smaller bags can be sealed together.

VTB can also seal flexible plastic tubes such as those used for cosmetics. Several tubes are placed on a tray on the supporting table and then sealed at the same time.

This unit is on castors so that it can be easily moved to bring the sealing pincers over bulky and/or heavy bags without moving them.

The heavy duty impulse-operated seal  is made by two parallel resistances, each 3 mm wide.

Pincers lock onto the bag so that the operator is free to prepare the next bag while the sealer performs a sealing-cooling cycle set on separate timers in accordance with the bag's requirements.

Pincers can be taken off the support and used separately from the base, to which they are connected by a cable.

> PN sealer for big bags

Model PN is an impulse-sealing machine operated by a pneumatic pedal.

One just needs to touch it to start a completely automatic cycle: closing of the jaws - sealing time - cooling time - reopening of the jaws.

Movement is by compressed air.

During the sealing/cooling cycle the operator is free to prepare the next bag.

The PN sealer can be placed on any table.

On request the machine can be fitted on a vertical stand for easier handling of heavy bags.

Seal is 3 mm wide (6 or 8 mm on request).

The table can be adjusted from a minimum distance of 40 cm from the sealing jaws up to maximum of 100 cm.

> PN sealer for rigid handles
            
Model PN can seal rigid handles to polyethylene bags in order to obtain carrier bags. The machine only seals the handle, that must be inserted manually into the preformed bag. Hourly output amounts to 300/350 bags, as each bag takes an average 10/12 second to insert the handle and to seal it.
Model PN is an impulse-sealing-machine operated by a pneumatic pedal. You just need to touch it to start a completely automatic cycle: closing of the jaws - sealing - cooling time - reopening of the jaws. Movement is pneumatic.
During the sealing/cooling cycle the operator is completely free. Movable holders keep the handle in correct position during the sealing cycle. The machine is easy to use and compact; it assures a constant result on any bag up to 60 cm wide.
Seal is 3 mm wide. The compressed-air circuit ensures a strong pressure on the jaws. It is therefore possible to seal uneven handles on very thick bags.

The resulting microribbon seal is thin but very strong and quite suited for thick polyethylene, expanded polyethylene or for bubble film.

The machine can be cm 60, 80 or 100 wide. Movement is pedal operated and activated by compressed air that assures an even and strong pressure all along the jaw.
This machine can be used to seal bags containing clothing, knits, pillows, mattresses, and in all cases when you want to cut off the exceeding part of the bag. It is also suited to make bags and to seal many non woven materials.
When the pedal is lowered, the resistance cuts the film leaving a seal on both sides of the cut. The resistance works through a teflon cover, thus there are no fumes. The whole cycle, once started by a pedal, is fully automatic.
